We’re looking for a driven and technically strong Sales Engineer to bridge the gap between industrial automation solutions and client needs. In this role, you’ll design solutions, shape proposals, and play a key part in delivering process control, SCADA, IIoT, and Industry 4.0 systems across diverse industries. From engaging clients and securing projects to collaborating internally on technical and commercial strategies, you’ll be at the forefront of turning opportunities into successful implementations.
If you have proven sales experience in IIoT, process automation, or Industry 4.0 projects and can translate complex automation solutions into real business value—you’ll find strong alignment and growth in this position.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Developing and delivering system solutions & support to clients.
- Preparing proposals and quotations for process control instrumentation, SCADA, IIOT, MES or Industry 4.0.
- Negotiating with clients to secure the contract/orders.
- Establishing new accounts by identifying potential customers, planning and organizing sales.
- Managing internal & external sales.
- Marketing company’s solutions for local & overseas markets.
- Develop sales plans to fulfil growth & revenue goals alongside the Sales Division Head.
- Preparing sales reports and forecasts.
- Ensuring maximum sales of our organization’s products.
What We Are Looking For?
- Possess a Degree in Electronic & Electrical/ Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent.
- Knowledgeable on Process Control Instrumentation, PLC, SCADA or Telemetry/ IIoT
- Have at least 3-5 years of working experience in Instruments/ Automation with experience in Project Sales, preparing tender or proposal.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English will be an added advantage.
- Experience with one or more of the following systems is required: MES technologies, CitectScada\Cimplicity, Historian, Siemens\Schneider\GE PLC, SQL programming will be an added advantage.
- Possess good business communication skills, technical knowledge, business presentation and public speaking.
- Willing to travel, able to work under pressure and meet project tender deadline.
